Impressions of the Aesthetic Journeys 2023 in Düsseldorf

Challenge

Galderma has developed AART HIT, a complex, holistic treatment approach for aesthetic treatments that enables practitioners to meet their patients' wishes 100%. Galderma wanted to introduce this treatment concept to the market in a highly effective way.

Creative Idea

To present the treatment concept, we designed and projected a one-day event called "Aesthetic Journeys" at the 5-star Hotel Kö59, Düsseldorf. The scientifically developed techniques were staged live. Top-class international practitioners gave lectures and treated real patients. The treatments were transmitted live from a treatment room into the conference hall and discussed with interest in the plenum. Detailed training material was developed in parallel and made available in time for the event. The subsequent evening event at Paradise Now attracted a lively exchange about the "Aesthetic Journeys" due to the relaxed and very special environment.

Impact

The participation of the most important aesthetic practitioners in Germany helped the event to be a great success. The parallel provision of detailed training materials led to a significant increase in orders. Particularly in the area of holistic aesthetic treatments, Galderma's portfolio has been growing significantly since the introduction of the "Aesthetic Journeys".
