Digitalising the general meeting

Challenge

Pandemic year two. The general meeting had been cancelled in 2020, so the client now needed to take a major step towards digitalising. There were board elections to hold, which could not be postponed under the company’s statutes.

Creative Idea

After developing a concept specifically geared to the statutes, we brought the association’s board and managing director together in Düsseldorf for a live streaming event.

Impact

In the end, a lot more people attended than had come to live events in recent years. Concentrating on the essentials – the work of the association – produced faster and better results.
